The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with the opportunities to participate in peer mentoring discussion of DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion ) with their classmates. There will be 3, 50 minute synchronous sessions students will arrange the weeks of 10.24, 11.14, and 11.28. 
Module Conclusion
This module introduced the intercultural development inventory, conduct individual and group IDI debriefs while introducing how to lead diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in organizations.
