You work for a large aviation company in the design section. In a high-level meeting today, your bosses have gathered all the design engineers together to discuss the fact that our aviation partners have reported an alarming increase in cockpit errors, flight crew mistakes, and other human performance problems in every aspect of industry operations in the past year.
