Assignment:Analyze the concepts and theories you read about in J300; utilizing keylanguage and terms from these concepts and theories, analyze the operationalart and design concepts and describe how a SGM can assist a staff indeveloping plans and orders through the application of operational art andoperational design focusing on end, ways and means in conjunction with JointPlanning Process (JPP). Do not simply define what operational art and designis. The essay must address concepts and theories and the applicability froma Sergeant Major’s perspective in the planning process. Include accurate andrelevant examples to demonstrate your mastery and knowledge of the material.Instructions: The essay must be between 1100 and 1400 words written in APA 7format. The assignment must include a title page, three Level 1 headingswith a conclusion, and a reference page with a minimum of three referencesto support our understanding of the concepts and theories you areaddressing.
