Application of Concepts (5 Pages) Students will take one or more topics discussed in the course and apply it their personal
experiences with an organization. They should briefly describe the organization, their
relationship with the organization, and the context of their experience. They should draw on
the concepts learned in class to provide depth to their analysis. Students will be required to
cite at least three external references from reputable sources using APA format. Issues to
consider include: What went right/wrong? How would you do things differently? Has your
assessment of the experience changed? What lessons have you learned that may be applied to
