The NQP is a three part assignment. This is the first assignment of the NQP – a self-assessment free writing exercise, documentation of your self-assessment, using that data for nursing diagnoses, and writing your introduction and other relevant portions of your paper.
Self-Assessment Worksheet:
Complete the worksheet using a free writing technique. This worksheet will be submitted as an appendix to your NQP.
Use the first page of the Self-Assessment Care Sheet (SACS) to document your answers from the self-assessment.
Next, you will skip to page 3 of the SACS to come up with three nursing diagnoses.
Develop three nursing dx in PES format (use NPG)

Begin writing your APA 7 formatted scholarly paper about your process. Use the sample paper as your template and add your information. Please do not use any other format – the formatting is already done for you and is correct according to APA 7.
