Hello profs! As I am a recruiter, I would like to create an Onboarding Satisfaction survey. Ive included the paper to write on as an attachment 🙂 To start, I would like roughly 200-250 words written on why I created this and I would like this mentioned: As a Talent Acquisition professional who takes deep pride in his work, I have created an Onboarding Satisfaction Survey to be given to all new hires once their 3 month probation is complete. As Ray-Mont Logistics’ Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am mostly the first point of contact for all new hires. With this being said, I understand just how important first impressions are, and how they can make or break a candidates experience with us and may even sometimes in result to them declining an offer. I truly offer each candidate I contact a personalized experience and do my very best to exceed expectations but, as the candidate market is quite tight and hyperactive, I must remain proactive and look forward to all feedback to further improve my procedures and exceed candidates expectations. (PLEASE REWRITE SO ITS FORMAL AND SOUNDS VERY PROFESSIONAL). Id then like 2 pages on onboarding satisfaction survey questions.
