The purpose of this paper is for you to continue your initiative on something you wanted to see changed. To accomplish this, you will:
Identify a problem/struggle that needs to address either by your organization or for yourself. Examples may include the recruitment process for your organization, or the parking process at your organization, or your physical health, or your networking with others.
Present a mission ((purpose) and a vision for your organization (if this is an organization issue) or for yourself (if this is a personal thing you are changing).
Discuss how changing the problem/struggle is in alignment with the mission and vision and what change needs to be made to bring things into alignment.
Discuss how you think you might go about making the change. Outline steps that could be taken to get to the final stage. Include the OD Framework (Chapter 9) you are using.
Discuss the resistance you expect to see. Include the Change Management Perspective (Chapter 10) components you will use to address this resistance.
Discuss how you will sustain the change over time. Include a discussion of the progress so far, or the anticipated progress, and how you will address it.
The paper should be at least 8 pages excluding the cover page and references page (double-spaced, 12-point font, Times New Roman, 1-inch margins, including title page). This may seem like a lot, so you are going to need detail. Use your textbook to really consider the change management process. Include at least 12 references from the textbook that demonstrates your understanding of the change management process. include in-text citations.
