Produce a 2000-word business report on the issue researched in your annotated bibliography( i have attached below the annotated bibliography which was written for me). It must be the same
topic.
The report must include:
 Cover Page – Professional (name of report, consultant names, date, version)
 Executive Summary (focus on your recommendations to Senior Managers)
 Table of Contents
 Introduction (An interesting start that ‘hooks’ that interests the reader, link to organizational productivity and
performance
 Discussion – describe the issues identified (using the literature, analyzing how it would affect the organization)
 Recommendations – develop a series of recommendation/s to present to the Senior Management Team.
 Reference List
 Appendices (remember these are used only for additional detail)
Your report should include headings.
The report must be a critical discussion of the issue you are researching. That is, you should discuss the issue and
your recommendations in relation to the evidence/information gathered from the multiple sources.
You must include at least 10 Recent and relevant sources (last 10 years). Include all citations and end-text
references as per the Murdoch guidelines. You must use APA referencing.

Sonam, you only needed to submit 5 annotations, and I have only read 4 and skimmed the others. it is really important to stick to the word limit of an assignment (which is 1000) – and you have 1892 words (I know some don’t count, but it’s excessive). It takes away from a good assignment.
Your assignment was also marred by the similarity of some of the annotations to reviews available online.
Good up-to-date references. They are not all clearly linked to your topic, but you may have refined your topic after you did your initial research, I don’t know. Good luck with the report.
