Comparison charts are graphic visual representations of information, knowledge, or data to present information concisely and clearly. The intent of graphics is to assist the audience with understanding the data presented.
Create a comparison chart identifying 3–5 training and development outcomes (e.g., improved performance, retention, or job satisfaction), and describe the importance of each outcome from both an organization viewpoint and from an employee viewpoint. Discuss how (if at all) the two viewpoints intersect.
From a human resource management perspective, provide a written 4-page training and development recommendation based on the outcomes that you selected for your chart. Include the following HR concepts in your analysis:

Employment and labor law
Performance management
Employee services
