INSTRUCTIONS:

Choose a MICROBIOLOGY-Related article (bacteria, viruses, fungi, algae, or protozoans MUST be mentioned in the text of the article) that is at least 3 paragraphs long and published NO MORE than ONE MONTH before the date you submit. For Example, if you submit on May 17th, 2022, the article must have been published no earlier than April 17th, 2022 . Articles may be from a newspaper, magazine, or the internet (e.g. Science Daily).
2. Read the article and write a 5-10 sentence summary of the article. The summary should be written in YOUR OWN WORDS (AVOID direct quotes) and may include your “opinion” of the article.
3. Create and save a file (PDF, Word, Google Doc, .jpeg) containing either the full website or the citation for your article (showing the publication date) and your summary.
