FIRST, Watch the video on Connect in Case #11 (Ch. 16). It deals with a court case involving the purchase of some guitars. The video can also be found below.
After you have watched the video, please discuss in detail the questions below. Remember: There is no right or wrong position to take. 1. Based on the information you heard regarding the conversation between Lenny (the guitar shop owner) and Phil (the person who ordered the 17 guitars), what types of warranties might be in play? Please identify the specific facts you heard in the video that support your conclusion, and how those facts might give rise to each type of warranty.
2. You heard evidence that the production coordinator tested the guitars in the store. Do you believe that this affects the whether or not a warranty still applies? Please explain your answer.
