You are required to identify the most important new idea or concept encountered in the course each week and provide a 100-word explanation as to why you found that idea or concept to be novel or important.
Students should provide clear evidence and examples of learning within the course. Students will be assessed on the novelty and originality of insights, and the structure and synthesis of the explanations they give for ideas and concepts encountered in the subject.
NOTE:
You are NOT being asked to write a summary of the entire lectorial or the course materials each week. The 100-word summary should focus on 1 idea or concept that you consider to have been important and/or interesting in the lectorial, or as part of your self-learning, that week. Explain why it is important and/or interesting and provide supporting evidence.
You should have 12 summaries (100 words for each of the 12 weeks = total of 1200 words). Don’t forget to complete a summary for each week including Week 12.
