First Reflection Paper
As you create the list of activities, we want you to think about your engagement in those activities from the
following lenses:
1) Social capital/networking,
2) Leadership development, and 
3) Community involvement.

It is expected that the activities will not always match to all 3 lenses but there should be at least 2 of the 3 applied
to your reflection.  Using each lens, reflect on the activities you have engaged in at CMUQ or outside and share
how this has shaped you and your understanding of the world.  The reflection should also look at the challenges
you faced and what you did to overcome them.

This should be no longer than 4 A-4 pages in length, single spaced, and font no larger than 11.

I will upload my paper for rewriting I need these adjustments
1) Make my stories more interesting you could add to them more details or more challenges and delete unnecessary parts
2) Use the same information I wrote but write it in a more concise way and connect them to the two or three lenses  ( social capital  , leadership , community involvement , etc.) 
3)Make the connections smoother than I did and make them more explicit
4) Adjust vocab and grammer
5) Make an intro body paragraph and conclusion section (improve layout)
6) Make the intro more concise and maybe expand on other paragraphs
7) Expand more in body paragraphs where needed
