Describe the participants (use pseudonyms for their names), the place, the objects used, the duration, and the narratives, music, dance, art, and/or other features of the ritual you observed.
Explain what makes the activity a religious ritual.
Drawing on your textbook, describe how an anthropologist might categorize the ritual and why you chose that category.
Evaluate what the purpose of the ritual may have been for participants and explain how you know or how you arrived at that conclusion about the purpose.
Finally, list the objects or actions you think may have been the most important symbols in the ritual and describe what these symbols may have communicated to the participants during and after the ritual.
