Develop a general course of action on how you will go about developing a solution for this problem. Your course of action should demonstrate all stages of PADIO: planning, analysis, design/develop, implementation, and operational (training, maintenance, evaluation). Write a short APA paper describing the company and the problem. Include your APA title page and references (cited both in-text and corresponding full reference at work’s end).
Using Microsoft Project, you will develop a brief project management schedule chart. You should identify at least five tasks necessary to complete your analysis with a rough schedule for completing each task. Should include all major milestones and resources required. You will copy and paste this into a Word Document in an appendix after your reference page(s). You may access MS Project either from the student store or from our Citrix servers.
