In Chapter 4 (Invent Options for Mutual Gain), Fisher et al. (2011) discuss the “prescriiption” for the obstacles to creating abundant options in negotiation. The authors speak specifically about the Circle Chart to create options.
Thoroughly explain how to use the strategies to invent options. You must include the Circle Chart, but you are encouraged to find additional tools and resources to support the creation of more options.
This week’s assignment is a “choose your medium” assignment in that I am not dictating to you how you need to complete it. The result must be that you have clearly demonstrated your understanding and application of the concepts in this chapter. I am open to:
