Find a recent peer reviewed journal article on Organizational Strategy Techniques or Globalization used to Adapt to Change (no newspapers, magazines, blogs, websites, etc.). Using critical thinking skills, construct a concise summary of the article (limit 250 words), followed by a paragraph with a critically thought out discussion of two important ways that organizations can effectively keep pace with change. Focus on the behaviors of individuals that are important to successful globalization. Make sure to include a full APA formatted reference listing and attach a PDF of the article to your post. Full credit is not available without these items. Use one concise paragraph to share your scores and address whether or not you agree with the score and assessment interpretation. Use a concise second paragraph to identify the assessment item that would present the most difficulty with regard to adapting. Identify the item to which you could most easily adapt. Use a second short paragraph to identify two items not on the assessment, one that would be difficult for you and one to which you could easily adapt.
