in the project. Your team is hired as a risk management consultant by the investor to review
and audit the project. Please prepare a report and presentation about risk items you see in the
project. Provide the project engineer, Karl Wilkinson, a risk management plan for each risk
item that you identified. Analyze the risk, develop responses, and explain how you would
monitor and control the risk. (Note: the identified risk item could be mentioned explicitly in the
video, or you believe it exist even though the video did not mention it.)
Please watch “Super Skyscrapers – The Leadenhall Building, London 2014” carefully again on
Youtube. Think about what can go wrong for each work item (think WBS and RBS) – that is your
risk area. Then think about how you would manage it.
• Each member of your team must identify one risk area and offer at least one risk
management solution.
• The team should prepare a risk register table in the report. Each member should
prepare a one-page report on each of the risk area and the solution (4-5 pages total for
each team, plus cover page and summary/conclusion page.) He/she should also prepare
1-2 PowerPoint slide (as a summary report) on the risk and its management solutions.
• Discuss your ideas with your teammates and improves your ideas. Also provide
feedback to your teammates’ ideas.
• It is important that you work as a team and provide each other with careful and
thorough feedback. 50% of the grade goes to the team and 50% of the grade is assigned
to the individual effort.
