As the Human Resource Manager of a health care facility, your task is to introduce the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The idea of implementing this new system has met with resistance from some employees and stakeholders because of the difficulty of learning a new system, and worry about how it will affect employment tasks. Your goal is to ensure this major change goes as smoothly as possible with acceptance from staff. You want to help them feel positive about the new system.
Instructions
For this week’s assignment, you will be creating a video 2 to 4 minutes in length in which you will explain the benefits of the upcoming EHR implementation plan.
