2.What resources, in terms of their usefulness for problem-solving, could apply in various organizational scenarios of firing employees?
3. Is wrongful termination illegal? Describe a more ethical and legal way to think and decide about firing a worker. How could the leader determine effective solutions?
4. Instead of the manager’s way of decision-making in the video, what factors should influence decision implementation in an organization, and as a human resource leader? How would they implement them in the organizational context, in the HR department? Is timing a factor, such as if a manager is frustrated with an employee and decides to fire him/her immediately? For example, should leaders fire workers on Friday without notice or document justification over a period of time, as a process?
5. Conclude the paper, answering these questions. What ways would you, as a manager, determine firing and justify it? How would Biblical scripture relate to decisions regarding followers?
