We will cover several issues in class that relate to how companies/organizations conduct their business: sustainability, human rights, personal gain, social media and global issues. You will write about a specific issue within a topic area of your choice (ideally based on a future career interest) and what your personal views are. You will present both sides of the issue briefly and then develop your argument around the side you personally believe. You will be graded on the depth of your argument for your belief. In other words, you will need to provide evidence to support your beliefs. You will need to do research outside of the readings for class to do this assignment.

List and describe alternative courses of actions.
What are the pros and cons of each alternative (e.g., consequences)?
Which alternative do you recommend and what moral theories or principles can you use to support your beliefs?
What will the impact of your recommendation be on an organization?
The assignment needs to be 4-5 (changed from 6 pages in syllabus) typed pages, 12-point font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins. You may use any citation style that you have learned in another class (e.g., APA, MLA, etc.).
